Why Nurse Recruiters Need To Work Beyond Normal Business Hours

It’s 10:00pm !!!  Do you know where all the Nurses are???

Recruiters who limit themselves to the general work hours will risk missing the great ones. They are “GREAT” ones..!  The nurses ARE out there.  We just need to find them.  We will not rest until we identify the right nurse for the right position.  Horizon recruits ongoing to identify the nurses with particular specialties for the particular positions that the clients need.

I get questioned quite often!  Why are you still there?? What are you working on?? I have been known to stay at work until all hours or overnight until the job gets done!  This is the drive and energy that is needed to get that placement!  Get that RIGHT person for that RIGHT position!

Presently my focus is on identifying HOSPITAL nurses for positions with a minimum of two years experience in their related field.  So many are out there right???? NO!  They must be hiding!  I will keep looking until they are all found.  The newer nurses say… please give me a chance !!!   I will be the best hire ever…I know this, trust me…I say to them  one day you will not be new PLUS I also meet them too!

This is my motivation!
