I am fortunate to have the ability to utilize my nursing experience every day to recruit nurses. Taking my many years of hospital, nursing home and home care experience and applying it to identifying which nurses would fit in which environments is my energy and motivation every day. Communicating to these great people about what their level of expertise is and matching it to Horizons fine pool of clients is exciting. We must qualify the nurses in a very unique way while at the same time motivating them to make a commitment.
Horizon’s HOS division has relationships which foster long term assignments for these professionals. Many of these resources are converted to permanent roles. This is a great feeling when the clients pull from our pool of people to have them join their existing staff. This is all being part of a significantly growing division within Horizon.
