How to Become a CNA in New York

In order to become a CNA in New York, there are a list of requirements you must meet. First, you must complete an accredited CNA program that is approved by NYSED or NYSDOH. Once you have completed the program, you must pass the NYSDOH certified nurse assistant exam. Once you have passed the CNA exam, you are now eligible to work as a certified nursing assistant!
