Long Term Care Nurse (RN/LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse for a contracted assignment at a Long-Term Care Facility in Cape May County, NJ!

Location: Cape May, NJ

Contract Duration: 7 weeks

Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm

• Have a passion for bedside care.
• Possess an NJ RN License.
• Have one year of professional experience as an RN.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring vital signs and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assessing and evaluating patient needs and developing care plans.
• Providing patient and family education and support.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complete patient records.
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care.

Requirements:

• Strong documentation skills.
• 1 year of nursing experience.
• Active New Jersey nursing license.
