Location: New York, New York
Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible hours
Salary: $53 - $55 per hour
Assignment: 3-6 Months
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive audits of medical records, verifying their accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulations.

Work collaboratively with healthcare facility staff to address discrepancies and offer constructive feedback on documentation practices.

Uphold confidentiality and adhere strictly to privacy regulations while handling patient information.

Generate detailed reports on audit outcomes and recommend necessary improvements.
Qualifications
Qualifications:

Registered Nurse in New York: You must hold a valid and active Registered Nurse license in the state of New York.
